Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Greeko website or engaging our holiday planning services. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Greeko is a UK-based travel brand specialising in bespoke Greek holidays. We operate as a travel consultancy and planning service. Bookings made through Greeko are ABTA/ATOL protected through our trusted booking partner, InteleTravel UK (ABTA No. P7384/Y6792). References to 'Greeko', 'we', 'us' or 'our' in these terms refer to Greeko and its operators.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational and planning purposes. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or using it in any way that is unlawful or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time without notice.
3. Holiday Planning Services
Greeko provides personalised holiday planning and consultancy services. Any itineraries, recommendations or quotes provided — including those generated by our AI planning tool, Eleni — are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract until a formal booking confirmation has been issued by our booking partner. Prices, availability and product details are subject to change and should be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are made through InteleTravel UK, our ABTA/ATOL-protected booking partner. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to InteleTravel UK's own booking conditions, which will be provided to you prior to confirmation. Greeko does not directly handle payments for travel bookings. Any deposits or balances are collected by InteleTravel UK in accordance with their terms.
5. ABTA & ATOL Protection
Bookings made through Greeko's booking partner, InteleTravel UK, benefit from ABTA and ATOL financial protection where applicable. ABTA membership (No. P7384/Y6792) provides protection for package holidays and travel arrangements. ATOL protection applies to flight-inclusive packages. You will receive an ATOL Certificate at the time of booking where ATOL protection applies. For full details of what is and is not covered, please refer to InteleTravel UK's booking conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, destination guides, itineraries and editorial copy — is the property of Greeko or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent. You may share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. AI Planning Tool (Eleni)
Our AI holiday planner, Eleni, is provided as a helpful planning aid. Responses generated by Eleni are based on general knowledge and should not be relied upon as definitive travel advice. Information about visa requirements, health precautions, entry conditions, local laws and safety should always be verified with official sources such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and the relevant embassy or consulate. Greeko accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content.
8. Third-Party Links
This website contains links to third-party websites, including destination organisations, accommodation providers, transport operators and tourism bodies. These links are provided for your convenience only. Greeko has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Greeko.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greeko excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
